How do I book tickets?
Simply complete the request form on our website for all members of your party and a member of our team will come back to confirm your places.
How do I pay for tickets?
Tickets can be paid for by cash or cheque. Cheques should be made out to LAP Research.
We hugely appreciate payment in advance of the evening wherever possible, by sending cheques made out to LAP Research to:

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Fortunately, Plaisterers’ Hall is within reach of several transport links. The nearest underground stations are Moorgate, St. Paul’s and Barbican. The nearest parking can be found at Aldersgate Street Car Park, 158-170 Aldersgate Street.
What can I bring into the event?
Please simply bring your goodselves and your goodwill!
What are the table sizes?
The vast majority of tables seat 10 people. For any enquiry into the availability of a table of 12, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I get to sit with my friends?
Please ensure you list the names and email address of the people who wish to be seated with, bearing in mind the maximum of 10 per table.

What's the refund policy?
In order to minimise the administrative overhead for the charity, we hope you understand that once purchased, tickets are non-refundable.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, please ensure you bring your ticket. It helps our wonderful volunteers enormously to be able to verify that you are a valid ticket holder quickly and efficiently and without causing any unintentional offence.
Can I update my registration information?

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
We are very happy to accommodate changes where we can and so tickets are transferrable until 12 hours before the event as long as the charity has been notified of the transfer by email email@example.com, including the name and email address of BOTH the transferor and transferee, for confirmation purposes.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
We are obliged to restrict access to our event for the benefit and enjoyment of all our guests and for this reason, the two must match. Tickets can be transferred in to a new name any time until 12 hours before the event, providing and email is sent to firstname.lastname@example.org including the name and email address of BOTH the transferor and transferee, for confirmation purposes.
